  1. After account is opened, KYCed, and funded, customer would be able to make a trade.

  2. Customer or their advisor go through the Thesis Builder to customize a principal hedged note.

  3. After a note is built through Thesis Builder, the note’s specifications are displayed:

  4. To buy the note, click on the “Trade” button on top right:

  1. After clicking “Trade” and click on “Buy”, the order ticket and the Indicative Term Sheet will appear:

  2. After double checking the note’s specifications and agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer may click “Place Order”. Then the customer will be sent an OTP code via email to confirm their trade.

  3. After confirming the order, Fig Investments will have 30 minutes during the Canadian business hours to fulfill the trades associated with the note at the indicated terms (or better) or kill the order.

  4. Customers can track the status of their order and their existing notes via “Portfolio” tab.

  5. On the Portfolio tab, customer can track all their existing notes and pending orders. When an order is pending fulfillment, it will have a status of Created. Upon successful fulfillment, the status of the order will change to Success. If the order fulfillment is not successful, then the status will change to Cancelled and the funds will be credited back to customer account.
